SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

As most items are customized to suit your needs please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your products although we strive to get items to you quicker. 

RETURNS

The Small Print

Due to the customizable nature of our business no refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted; as well as no order cancellations. Lost or stolen packages will also not be refunded. Exceptions, if approved, will be refunded to store credit. Please be sure you check out with the items needed/wanted as anything accidentally ordered will not receive a bank refund. 

No refunds for broken or damaged products are permitted unless your package was shipped with a box. If a wrong address was given at checkout, the package will most likely be returned as a ‘Return to Sender’ package from the post office. If this occurs NO kind of refund will be made; no exceptions. Because of this, please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct and you sign for the package upon arrival. All packages must also be signed for when they arrive to prevent loss or theft. If you are not home to sign for the package, a mail slip will be left at your door or mailbox to pick up and sign for at your local post office.
